Exterior Designs, Inc., one of New England’s largest Commercial Cladding Contractors, is currently seeking an Office Manager for their new Londonderry, NH location. This office manager will handle all accounting and administrative aspects for their new office location.
Duties will include:
Entry of accounts payable
Monthly AIA Requisitions and all supporting documents
Weekly entry of field payroll
Subcontractor payments and paperwork
Assist Project Managers with the entry and distribution of Change Orders
Assist Project Managers with job cost administration
Answer phones and greet incoming guest
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Computerease or similar ERP system
