Assistant Foreman/Competent Person
Job duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Foreman/Competent Person will consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the following tasks:
Provide assistance to the Foreman, improving the system of production, standard operating procedures and overall performance management
Additional project field supervision and coordination with all company and sub-contract personnel
Effectively communicate project tasks to all company and sub-contract personnel
Ensure conformity with project and company safety policies and procedures for all company and sub-contract personnel
Ability to read, interpret and track, blueprints and all other contract drawings and documentation
Stay current with project changes and revisions in scope of work
Track production demands and material ordering to ensure scheduling goals can be met
Project Administration; coordinate and track Additional Work Orders, personnel, time and materials
Communicate daily with Project Manager in the absence of the Foreman. This includes completing daily work logs which consists of scope of work and areas worked on, daily pictures and any other items required by the PM.
Well versed with typical tools of trade and be able to supply and maintain personal hand tools as needed
Capable of using a metal brake
Comprehensive understanding of all equipment used and be able to provide general training and safe use guidelines to employees
Initiate and track equipment safety checks and procedures
Employee Relations; assisting with project personnel and mentoring new employees
Responsible for project quality control measures
Responsible for personal means of transportation to and from the project site and hold a valid Driver’s License
Capable of standing/walking for the majority of the work day, including frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, including overhead and pulling.
Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 65lbs.
Capable of understanding and performing all responsibilities of company supervised employees, such as Competent Persons, Carpenters/Installers and Laborers

Foreman - Exterior Designs, Londonderry, NH
Job duties and responsibilities of the Foreman/Competent Person will consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the following tasks:

Carpenter / Installer
Job duties and responsibilities of the Carpenter/Installer will consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the following tasks:
Ensure conformity with project and company safety policies and procedures for all company and sub-contract personnel
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction drawings
Coordinate and effectively communicate with all company and sub-contract personnel
Stay current with project changes and revisions in scope of work
Communicate daily with Project Manager in the absence of the Foreman or Assistant Foreman. This includes completing daily work logs which consists of scope of work and areas worked on, daily pictures and any other items required by the PM.
Capable of receiving instruction and direction from Foremen for tasks to be completed
Ability to understand and implement all concepts associated with providing and installing various exterior cladding products, including, but not limited to, pre- planning and layout, cutting, installing furring/blocking, exterior insulation etc.
Capable of using a metal brake
Well versed with tools of the trade and able to supply and maintain personal hand tools typical to the carpentry trade
Comprehensive understanding of typical equipment used, such as aerial lifts, pump-jacks, scaffolds etc.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are required
Able lift and handle materials adequately and properly
Responsible for quality control measures
Responsible for personal means of transportation to and from the project site

Laborer
Job duties and responsibilities of the Laborer will consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, the following tasks:
Understand and have general job-site safety awareness
Ability to conform to project and company safety policies and procedures
Ability to receive instruction and direction from Foreman and/or Supervisors
Coordinate and effectively communicate with all company and sub-contract personnel
General construction industry experience and knowledge of construction sites
Proactive and self-motivator, willingness to learn the commercial siding and exterior cladding construction disciplines
Basic understanding of hand tools with ability to properly read and interpret a tape measure, and capable of learning to safely use tools of the trade
Basic understanding of power tools, proper daily set up and breakdown procedures
Responsible for overall housekeeping and clean-up of company work areas
Capable of receiving shipments and jobsite deliveries
Capable of identifying and handling materials and equipment properly
General assistance to all siding and associated sub-contract personnel
Responsible for personal means of transportation to and from the project site
Capable of standing/walking for the majority of the work day, including frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, including overhead and pulling.
Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 65lbs.
