Last Friday evening we capped the Holiday season with a get-together for over 100 field and office employees from Exterior Designs, Inc., Metro Walls, and Atlantic Prefab. Dinner, drinks, raffles, and socializing were topped off by live music to wrap up the night. Special thanks to Murphy's Taproom for hosting us.

Exterior Designs is proud to announce they will be partnering with Erland Construction to provide exterior finishes for the rebuilding of the Schultz Family Home in Stow, Massachusetts.
From Earland: Together with the Schultz family – Erica, Mike, their daughter Lexi and son Eli – Erland Construction celebrated the first major step toward the completion of the home being built for the family at a time of need. As many have seen through various media outlets, the Schultz’s recently lost their 5-year-old son Ari.
Last night Exterior Designs joined 21 teams made up of over 100 bowlers for the ABC Young Professionals Group's 3rd annual charity bowling tournament.
Exterior Designs, Metro Walls, and Atlantic Prefab teamed for our 2nd Annual campaign to benefit Granite United Way. We're proud to announce that with the help of our employees we were able to meet our goal of raising $20,000! Granite United Way improves the lives of countless people in our communities each year when we collectively make the decision to help.

In total, this project features 32 buildings made up of 11 main residences, 16 garages, 1 cabana, 1 clubhouse, 2 water treatment buildings, and 1 fire pump station.
Doors are open, and the first two apartment buildings have begun moving in tenants.
The 14,000-sf Alnoba leadership training center is the first project in New England to meet the quality and building performance standards prescribed by the Passive House energy model. A highly insulated shell—12 to 14 inches thick, incorporating triple-pane thermally insulated windows from Germany—wraps the entire building to achieve solar heat recovery.
For the 6th year Metro Walls, Exterior Designs, Inc. and Atlantic Prefab held their annual golf outing with the winning foursome receiving $2,500 from the company to donate to a local charity of their choice.
The winning foursome included Michael Browning, Dave Anzalone, Doug Lippert, and Brendan McElroy. The team unanimously agreed to donate their winnings to Jennifer Downer Memorial Fund.
